We stand behind every portrait with a satisfaction guarantee during the proofing stage. If you’re not happy with your digital preview, we’ll refund you in full. Once you approve the design and it's sent to print, we can’t offer returns or refunds, but we’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re thrilled before we get there.
